Nice player you've got there, the U21 coach should contact you pretty soon =)
For the NT, you should focus on the secondary skills first. He needs defense badly (outside and inside), and passing before focusing on something else IMO

The 2OD really is a bummer. That takes away from him being a useful SF in my mind. Maybe make him a PF. He will train the inside a little slower than other PFCs with the medium height.

Well, I see the problem that they are not really fitting together. Size-related you have a PF, and two SF (potentially outside SF). In addition you have two Allstars and one Superstar. So, I would suggest to focus on the 18y old superstar and make a nice PF out of him. The others can "swim" with him a bit until they reach their skill targets.

Ya, that's what I'm thinking as well, but that PF seems more of a SF to me than PF at this moment. That Superstar is my biggest priority. Also, I heard it was better to train outside skills first when they're young, so perhaps I should be turning him into a outside big, because of cross effect?

It is always better to start with the opposite training. So big players should start with guard-training and Guards with big man training, in case you want to build player that needs from both.

Your superstar is just 18, he can be what ever you want to train him, the skills are quiet balanced. But from his size, he is more a PF than a SF. So you can expect, that training his outside skills will take some time. And this is where the other two trainees can participate.
