I just found out about this website a week ago. So you know, I didn't even know what I was doing or what I should do. Ii'm still learning.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as critical.

What I should have said is that he looks like a really good prospect and you can definitely still train him into a great player. If you're not interested in training him you can definitely sell him for a fair amount of money and buy another player who better fits your needs.

If you need tips about player training you should definitely feel free to ask people on the forum.

Send me a BB-mail tonight to remind me about him. I forgot to add him to the tracking spreadsheet last night and if I keep this up he'll get lost in the shuffle.

Personally, I would really suggest that you sell him and use the cash to develop a training plan. As a new team you likely don't have the resources to turn him into a U21 player. But as I have told people before, I am biased. ;-)

I literally just started, so I assume my guys suck, but I have an 18 year old HOF potential PG on my team.

Send me his skills by BB-mail, he is definitely one I want to keep track of. However, my advice is to sell him. I don't think, as a new team, you have the resources to train him to his potential.

Let me know if you do decide to sell him...I'd be interested.

Just to note that, because of the great job he is doing with the 18 year old tracking, I asked The_Mogul today if he would also take on the 20 year old player tracking. He very kindly accepted. So that just leaves me with the 19 year old tracking and a bit of the 18 year old tracking, plus keeping on top of the players on the bubble to make the team who are 21.

So if you have any questions about 20 year old prospects, The_Mogul is now the guy to talk to.

Thanks, The_Mogul!

Hello everyone,

As HPP has said, I am now handling the scouting for 20 year old Canadian prospects. I would like to do a mid-season skill update for everyone, and I will be checking in soon on the players that are being tracked.

If anyone has any questions about anything, don't hesitate to ask. :)

If anyone is looking, there's a pretty stellar Canadian 18 year old for sale right now. We should try to keep him training in Canada. I'm tempted to make a run at him, but already have 2 high quality 18 year old trainees and am dumping 40k a week into this year's draft. SOMEBODY keep him in the north!

If you're talking about who I think you're talking about then I really hope someone keeps training him. I could make a run at him but I would have to sell one of my current trainees to get my cash reserves up... and I don't want to risk giving up a trainee if I lose the bidding.

Moments like this make me wish I was always sitting on $3m+ dollars... but alas, I am not.
