I have reorganized project structure (you need to download source files again), and updated tutorial how to compile. Should be less confusing now.

Any luck with solving this problem? I seem to be getting the same error right after I enter my information in the login page. Thanks for any help.

This seems troublesome, so I made little edit. Now when program can't find country.dat, it will ask you to show it's location (same about flags directory). If given path is valid, it will copy it to expected destination.

You need to download source files again and compile it.

You are using old source code. Repeat tutorial from the step 'Get the source code'.
