One thing CrazyEye already mentioned but it deserves more highlight is the FAs. There is nothing wrong with them in a sense that player once FA should be removed from the game. Players are brought to game by a) being one of the original 18 players each user gets once his/her registration is complete - NT talent is very rare among those, except maybe very small countries
OR b) player is drafted by someone - NT managers and stuff can't (and shouldn't) influence this - some players are lost by being picked by bots (non-human teams), some are a good fit enough to be trained effectively in their original club and most of nt material talents need to get somewhere else - their owners would either sell them or not and then in many cases training would take a smaller or bigger hit - getting players out of bad situation of that last category often cannot be done by hitting the market as FA (inactive (quitting) team, bankrupt, going to become bot before the draft already, in some countries like Japan I guess also banned team in considerable numbers). There is nothing wrong with tha player if he goes through FA phase. Even if he never goes to foreign country there is plenty of reasons how he can end up being FA. I don't see a reason why to ban those - no matter whether it would help this or that NT I refuse to go that way. And if that player happened ot be on a cheating team that doesn't change anything. You can't control who do you sell players to (well you can to some extent but you can't expect bidding on their own players being a widespread practice among regualr users) and you can't tell what kind of team the buyer is. It may be a completely normal looking team, banned few seasons later, you can't tell. it is better to keep the best players in safe hands but some talent ends up in teams you have no idea about. if such a team won't ruin that player and he is of some use once he is FA, he is a fair game. Most of the players appear on transfer list at least once.

Banned team doesn't equal a chaeting team. There were teams banned after they (the users in RL) moved to another country and wanted to continue playing in their original one.At least that's what I was told. Ask Lithuaninans around. As reason for bans are not given, different reasons fall in the same category.

I heard a story of a guy
Classic...
I looked around some. Checked 9 NT's before I got bored. There really arent many players sitting in an low division team. One of our own M.Raud is also in a low level team. But he has a high salary and is a "bouncer" usually in a bad GS. As a supporter I have put U21 and NT managers to my friends list and to be honest they are pretty active managers. If you farm only you don't watch the games. Be online every day and buy supporter.
I don't know what tools GM's use here, but proxys can be detectable. Prolly they could block/deny applications from openly marketed proxys.
BB is not WOW or Travian. Where you can either farm gold or create accounts for resource farming. It takes too long to farm the money to buy lvl7 trainers and NT level trainees and keep paying him after his salary skyrockets. Sure you get better money in small countrys, but it still takes time to build arena etc to maintain the player. It just seems too much effort for too little gain.
How many old teams are sharing their passwords after quiting? Do you have any numbers or just heard someone say that again. I can say that in Estonia, users either mention their intention to train NT players, when they lose intrest in the competitive game or have other goals (like getting DivIII and DivIV trophys). Almost every team that has lost intrest after relegating is a bot/going bot. I just don't believe that there are masses of farm teams in every country.
