You can either create it yourself if you are tech savvy and know how to or you can request a general idea/color scheme on here and some of the more artistic users can help you out! Lots of really nice people on there that usually don't mind taking some time to help you out!

I was asking more of like where can you upload a design for it to be imprinted on the court?

later edit: found it! in a place where I haven't seen it before... is that just a coincidence that it magically appeared?
