I was putting him up for 1.5m, changed my mind and thought I put 1.8m. Somehow an extra nought crept in. Better than nought fewer I suppose.

Anhui and Kuzniar are the much, much, much weaker versions of Andreas Candar!

Well...we'll find out on 28/03, but considering Robard's guy was starting for Germany and he is worse than Ma across the board except for JS, while Candar hasn't played in any official game for Germany I feel pretty confident!!!

I can believe it with respect to Kuzniar. He's a bit of a one trick pony. But its a hell of a trick.

What's going on with the U21s?

Gully, who were your scouts / assistants and why aren't they running for office?

I didn't have any. And I didn't have any.

I prefer to handle things myself. Though I think that may change.

Ok.

I think we've been spoilt recently in terms of the quality of succession planning over the last four or five terms and I tended to run things the same way back in the day so I'm not going to criticise you for not involving others.

But, I think it would be a good idea, if you do another term, to mentor someone like Bergkamp ready to take over.

Does Bergkamp not want to do it this time around?

Haven't spoken to anyone about it, except for my post on the forum. I do agree with you that it will be a good idea to have someone work with me this time and I will be asking for help/assistance.

It's not so much that I'm wary of running from an experience or the task being too big point of view - I'd be happy to have a go, and I can be fairly Gully/Macca about things too.

It's just time. I already spend enough time on BB (albeit a lot of it pointless - scouting players I never pay the final price for :D) and a few other online games (but most time is spent on BB, it's the best innit).
If I didn't have a girlfriend, or a full time job where I can't be on the internet casually (and one where I'm already borderline being late most days...I just don't need another distraction / timesink)

Don't feel I could do it as well as I wanted, or if I did it'd affect real life. I'm being far too sensible I know, I'd be excited to get it if I ran but yeah...

Also, Gully actually has promising trainees :O what is this. Nicely done though, a very quick transition from one thing to another it seems...

Who's starting the new thread?
