He has already stated to me he intends to train him, both the HOFer and the Superstar, as evident by him to list only the 3rd draftee onto the market.
I threw it out there to him that I, and also you Perpete (sorry for not asking you first), and other resources in the community is available for help on training plans if he wishes for insight.
So I hope that's enough to keep him engaged
OK. He has trained good players, not great but good, so let's hope indeed. He does his own thing, but do you want to give some orientation for the U21 or do I try directly thinking about the NT ?
Well, Lee is good for the NT - if he is in shape. And the way he is training, a Superstar would suffice in my opinion (without knowing the exact skillset). It‘s just that we only have a Hofer every 3-5 seasons, that‘s why it hurts to see him not get trained to his full potential! Sporld has also wasted a HoFer and MVP. That‘s what hurts. Maybe I can persuade him. If I do, we can see if you buy him, Nachti or if you take on one of my older trainees (who could definitely use 1on1/ forwards).
