if you select training PF/C the number of players who play on this positions is not relevant

if there's only 1 PF and 1 C the training speed will be the same for 3 PF and 3 C (asuming each plays 48 mins/week)

but changes if you choose to train SF/PF/C or C and again with no matter how many players on each position...

Howl to the Moon, you won't regret it.

General questions about training should be posted in the help forums, not in this thread!

Please post there next time

You can't train it - your players earn it by playing well in clutch situations (my player went up last season after a buzzerbeater shot to win the game).

I do not believe this is correct. I think experience goes up with, as you might expect, playing time. The more minutes you play, the more experience you get.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

You can't train experience. The influence of experience isn't know yet as well, but there are several theory's about it. You can find them in the forums.

Please use the help forum next time for questions like this, this thread is analysis only.

Maybe someone could explain why my player (3149509) still don't have any popups after 4 week pressing training? His playing time is around 60-70min per week. And trainer is level 7.

Each player has a potential cap, in your case it is for all star potential. You are quite likely to reached that limit now as your salary before this season was that high. When that happens your player starts to train much slower and I actually have no good guess how much slower but logically it will take at least 2-3 times longer to have pops in a skill.

See this thread (98371.35) for a good estimated value for the salary cap for a player. All-star cap is somewhere between 40-65000 and that is probably where your players salary are right now if you added 3-4 pops this season in a skill that is a primary skill for your player.

Should also be noted that it is not unlogical that it takes a little more than 4 weeks for a 23 year old player to pop in outside defense, especially as the player already is 23 years old, at least if you are training two positions (my guess is that you are combining PG/SG).

Hope this answer clear things for you. And by the way, this should be posted in the question forum and especially not in this thread.
