ma ei saa aru, kuidas välist kaitsrt treenida saab? Sellist valikut ei ole mu meelest treeningute menüüs, sama lugu ka lähivistetega - saab valita vaid eesliini mehi. Kas tagamängijatel peaks siin siis üks ühele harjutama, et lähivisked ka paraneksid? Ilmselt pole nii... Palun andke nõu, spetsialistid.

või arendab siis välisgt kaitset treening pressing? Kuid siiski ei sa ma aru, kuidas tagamängijate lähiviskeid treenida?
