question: there is a way to be sure to have at least draftees with enough potential in order to give me the possibility to train them? I can also spend 3 millions per season if I'm sure to have players trainable. At the moment this is not possible and that's not good, BBs should think about give the chance to take care about an under 18 team, linked the total amount invested to the global economy, it means an USA team could invest 3 millions on it, a Senegal team 5 millions to have the same result of the USA team, otherwise money brings more money (and this is still an unsolved trouble of BB)

Well I didnt draft him, but he was created when i took my team over and i trained him quite a bit before selling him so he would still qualify i assume! Now to convince the owner to sell him. (31796337)

Prior to 11/30 update i had some Euros and my long time SF and PG trainees, i sold them between 11/23 update and 11/30 update.
Then you can see it bottom out due to no real talent, but because i did still have all americans it didnt go down too much.
It has started to grow and i think thats because my Americans are getting trained and gettign better and becoming more known to the fans

So to answer your question i think having Americans and no euros is huge and then drafted guys are great
