a player with a history, a career, there is a tendency that reveals itself over time -- without careful study, just a ballpark estimate, i find players that are close to 3 fouls per game are foul-prone; you can glance over a player's game-by-game and see patterns, too. it can vary, too. my pg can go two, three games and be ok, and then he will have a game where he gets four fouls in the first five minutes. with study, i believe you will find that the foulers are not "random" --

First thank you Hassan Donnelly, I didn't think in that way :)

Do you have a suggestion here?

Of Course I have suggestion! :)

First, I think that experience should be added in this effect! If player is "aggressive" (for example) and if he make 2.8 fouls when he was 19 years old. Then when he is 25 he is much more experienced and that number should be lower!
