I understand. So to what is Stamina used for then? Just the amount of minutes in a game they can play before being sub'd?
From what I have seen, so I conceed that part, if you where to play your players 48mins each game for 2 weeks the guys with higher Stamina would be, on average, higher in game shape than those with lower Stamina. So from this I assumed that the Stamina decreased the affects of the amount of minutes.

WOW, then I can compete for B3 right now. I played guys 48 mins on Medicore Stamina in my last game & they came in at 13.5 & 12.5 on only $29k p\w, that is there season average. So you can see my point. I get 100% what your saying & yes it makes sense to me too, but that isn't what I am seeing from My Team.

From my experience it is very difficult to keep a player at 9 GS (Proficient) from one week to the next. When I have a player at 9 GS I would say more than half of the time he drops back to 8 GS the following week, even if I play him 50-70min.

This is really interesting. Until now, I thought players with good stamina get tired later in the game, thus their "skills" drop less/later.
It would make sense that players with good stamina can play more minutes per week and retain good game shape, although for now I don't believe it. I read the forums quite a lot and didn't see this anywhere. Maybe nobody tried it and we don't know it exists?

What is the minutes differential between them?

Well, its just a hypothesis but i got the impression, while zoning in a bit and observing my players GS, that few more minutes , say around 80 maybe up to 85, arent that bad, infact are somehow beneficial if u come from a relative low GS like respectable and want to improve.
On the other hand those 85 mins are too much to keep up a nice GS, believe its proficient in engslih -not sure.
These Observations were made while i had no Doc and u also got to take into account the random factor, but this pattern seemed to occure over and over again.
Anyone the same thoughts on this or am i completely off ? :D
