Prob will coast and focus on training again next season....but the season after that it's not going to be a fair fight.

For real predictions...Visionaries represent Big 8 in finals as having an easier time in a less deep conference. EDH challenges for the spot, but cannot pull off a win in the semifinals.

Great 8 is very deep and I have no idea who will finish out the season on top. LoL is coming off a great postseason run, but may have to go on the road to get to the finals again....again. Hunter is perenially the top team at this point, but everyone is catching up. Lethargy looks very similar to LoL in a lot of ways, just being a defensive powerhouse. I have the best outside attack in the league imo, but that is a horrible matchup against LoL and Lethargy in particular. If my new acquisition and Odonnell do as planned, I may have a ton more balance this season and I won't have the huge rebounding disadvantage. UCR will have a ton of money to spend after selling off Valot and Fitch. Purdue may not have the frontline that some teams here have, but he has a good bit of depth that will help in the long haul. And I have no idea about Blue Stars...=D

First gameday coming up tomorrow. Pretty excited, even though I feel like my game will end up pissing me off.

On Great 8 Side...
UCR@Raliegh
Contortionist@Purdue
Blue Star@Lethargy
Hunter@LoL

Big 8 Side
KDB@Shockwave
Illusion@Gsnaps
DeathStar@EDH
Visionaries@Swampdonkey

I declare the game of the day is Hunter@LoL. LoL will attempt to start off the season on the same roll he ended, and Hunter will attempt to steal one on the road. I predict Hunter wins by 6.

My Centennial Top 3 Lists
It's been a long wait (100 years to be exact), but here are my centennial top 3 lists:

List #1
Top 5 Salaries Combined of Each Team (as of April 24, 2011)

#1 Hunterkirualeorio $ 333 131
#2 Lovable Losers $ 303 204
#3 Contortionists $ 270 557

All teams are from the Great 8! The median top 5 is about $220k for reference purposes.

List#2
Lowest Average Salaries

#1 King Drive Ballers $ 13 095
#2 Milwaukee Lethargy $ 17 638
#3 UCR Highlanders $ 18 549

These financially strapped teams deserve our sympathy. They are the only 3 teams averaging under $20k! It is only fair that all other teams play TIE against them each and every game.

List #3
Top Celebrity Fans

#1 Milwaukee Lethargy (Rebecca Black)
#2 Contortionists (Pelé, because of the 2 high-paid Brazilians)
#3 Visionaries (the star of the Blue Man Group, whatever his name is)

Interesting, would have thought that the star of the Blue Man Group would like The Blue Stars, but turns out no. Rebecca Black is obviously #1, followed by Pelé as a distant #2.

@GM-Jelme Correction on your analysis: I consider my team an offensive powerhouse & would appreciate everyone else do the same. Thanks. In fact fans are still talking about my record setting 84 point explosion on the road vs. The Death Star! 2/26/2011, a day that will live in infamy. Not even CT could hold me under 80!!! (Technically surpassed that road scoring record in the Great 8 finals, but was in OT so doesn't count.)

List #2 is rigged! Lethargy is cheating by carrying 19 players, including a bunch of Ilmar-Castell(2371560)-wannabes!

At least I got a cool fan in List #3.

Hey, that was *after* me firing 2 players... So it would have been even lower were I really cheating!

Sure a 5'10" 45 year old PF would be nice. But they don't grow on trees.

I'm happy with my 44 year old 6'11" twin towers. Mariusz Niski (4192740) brings tremendous experience, while Beda Utesch (4288724) is the perfect model of unselfishness. So unselfish that his career high in scoring is 0 points! That's right, 44 years old, and has yet to score a single point, ever!

I'm too lazy to do the math myself and the league averages from last week are messed, so:

What's a good rough estimate of attendance rev in II?
