Please understand, I can't do anything about the transfers that have already passed. If you want to help me fix the issue for all the users, then post away. Screenshots may be helpful but aren't critical. It is critical that you are absolutely certain that the issue happened.
I've just made one change to the system that should (hopefully) prevent such issues in the future. If it happens again, please report here, but, as I said, don't expect any retroactive action.
