Yes that's what I meant. Opponents FT% against the different teams.
Ofcourse there's also a small difference between those, because you don't play against your own team. So if my FT% is great, then my average opponent FT% might be a little below average because I didn't have to play against my own team...and the rest did.
You mentioned some as well, although I'm not sure how much tactics would affect FT%. And yeah it might be that my team si prone to fouling SF's, and that the average FT-skill of SF's in my league is higher than PG's f.e. (lots of possibilities when you look into it
