Написав всім 10 менеджерам , але на жаль поки відповів тільки один.Оскільки я не великий спец в інгліші то викладаю оригінал, і кому не тяжко перекладіть , а то часу немає у мене зараз сесія як не як:)

And to answer a couple of my questions?
1 The secret to the success of your team?The Mogul:
Hello
Sure, I'll answer those questions.
1) I have several secrets!
- I try to use salary efficient players, that have good overall skills. This helps a lot with weekly profits, and weekly profits are my main source of income.
- I focus a lot on defense
- I bring in players that are really good at running one type of offense (in my case, look inside). At the league team level, I think it works best to build a team that can play one set of tactics very well, and not worry much about what your opponents might do. My motto is to "make the other teams worry about me."
- I've had a long term plan for my roster, and have stuck to it. This has helped me a lot, and has allowed me to develop some specialists (such as Renzo Schek) that are perfect for my team, and that can't easily be found on the transfer list. Armin:
2. How to succeed in BB?The Mogul:
It's really important to master the basics, such as game shape, enthusiasm, training, and so on. I would then suggest having a long term idea of what kind of roster you want, and to start working towards that roster right away. The key thing is to balance short term success with long term development. For most teams, it's possible to do well in both areas, and to me, finding an ideal balance is one of the main challenges of BB.

3. Your favorite tactics?The Mogul:
Look Inside + Man to Man. I have always played those tactics, and the results have been great over the years.

4. What are your goals now?The Mogul:
To win every game I play. I'd like to have a perfect season eventually (including B3, cup, league, and private league against other good teams), and while I'm not likely to do that, it's something to aim for.
A more realistic goal, for me, is to just have better results every season. That includes things like winning more games, having better team ratings, and improving the state of my roster.

5. What team do you like in the NBA?The Mogul:
The Toronto Raptors are my favourite team, mainly due to geography. I have followed the Raptors very closely since the team was created in 1995, and have been an armchair GM the entire time. I'm convinced that I would have done a much better job than the actual GMs have done over the years.
My favourite team, on merit, is the San Antonio Spurs. For many seasons, the Spurs have been my "playoffs team" to cheer for, since the Raptors are so rarely in the playoffs.

6. What would you wish for Ukrainian managers?The Mogul:
I think Buzzer Beater is a lot of fun, and it's by far the best game of its kind that I have ever tried. For Ukrainian managers, I'd just hope that they also have fun playing the game, and perhaps I'll have some more good games against some of you in the future. A few seasons ago, I remember facing Metallist Kharkov in private league, and those games were especially exciting.
