Most people would likely tell you not to waste your time training a 19 year with such poor skills. His ID and JS will need 2 full seasons of training just to look decent for a PF and at that time you'll only have a marginal 22 year old to show for it.

Looks good. I would get a pop in jump range and then driving and then OD. His potential hurts. :(
