If he was my players (and I wish he was) I would put him as starting SG and set training to Jump Shot on SG only.

After a few pops there I would train handling or start rotating the training through the outside skills.

I did almost that, in the sense that i put both SG and PG as I was training 2 point guards prior to this pick.

I am thinking to buy yet another trainable SG and do the jump shot for the 4 of them, is that a waste?

Actually i just checked and you can't even train SG only, can you? It has to have SG and PG together

Jump Shot trains both and Outside Shooting trains just the SG

EDIT: had it round the wrong way

Should I choose outside shooting? I would really stick for Jump shot. Or they train same skill, you mean?

Well I haven't really trained outside before but I would think Outside shooting trains Jump Range and Jump Shot probably equally. This would be the same training amount on Jump Shot except that it is the same player who gets the other half of the training on Jump Range not another player in the PG position.

It just depends if you have PGs to train as well.

Now then, Mr Y2J99, we're not going to have a similar escapade as in the cricket based game where you massively overtrained someone and you wouldn't stop whining, are we?

Woot. My draft picks now have names! Awesome!

Um... I don't know whether it's a bug, but the draft results don't show any of my players and where they were placed in the draft.

For information, I finished 5th (so didn't change leagues).

EDIT - never mind, looks like I gained some kind of bonus promotion (bot clearout?)
