Maybe something in between might be more interesting and challenging : two dates when you can change your prices, let's say between seasons and mid-season, and 1 chance to change it whenever you want. Some may use it after one of the two other dates because they messed it up, some may use it before the PO... THAT would require strategy!
This is the best idea in the thread and the only one that would be an improvement on the current system. Or perhaps you could change the prices pre season, and then during the season you could change them whenever you like, but only twice. But certainly I very much like your idea. It doesn't really make the game simpler or more difficult to play.
I'd certainly have liked to have been able to change mine before the playoffs. The last three home league games before the playoffs brought me a little less income than I would have liked, in the hope of making more in the play offs. Greed on my part of course, but generating income is a huge part of the game.
