It looks like we need a new U21 coach after we are so close to getting eliminated in round 1 of worlds. Come back EBW and lead the U21 team back to winning world championships.

Phry isn't doing a bad job as manager. This year's team just isn't what we have had in the past few Worlds competitions.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

People said the same thing about my coaching when we entered the 2nd round of Worlds with an 0-3 record. We went on to win 6 straight games for the gold medal, so don't count us out yet. With that being said, Phyr has not been given the players needed in order to succeed in my opinion. You seem to care a lot about the U21 NT for not having a single american player on your roster btw. Good coaching can only get you so far when you don't even have suitable big men to play against Italian 1m+ DMI monster bigs. the USA seem to have a reoccurring theme of not having a lot of PF and C depth available and that most certainly is not on Phyr. If you want to help out, train a couple U21 NT big prospects and make the job easier on your future U21 NT coaches or they too will have people commenting in the forums "Looks like we need a new U21 coach".

Just to let you guys know I will be running for the Season 56 U21 Election. I am looking for a strong support group, so if you think you can snag me some votes against an opposing hrudey or DukeWard, please BB-Mail me ASAP.

That's a valid strategy, but according to our discipline schedule, it appears you're already banned that week.

100% spot on. This is the biggest challenge for U21...getting quality bigs. I've spend the last 6 seasons training U21 Worlds year bigs (1 in s27, 2 in s29, 1 this season) to help address this problem. After being cursed with too few Worlds bigs in my two terms as coach I knew this was the best way to help U21 (at least a better way than my coaching). But we always need more people doing this for U21 to be successful.

Group hug!

The candidates in next season's election thank you for this thread.

Also, since you are the Obama of BB with your early campaigning, I wanted to clarify something. Are you declaring your candidancy for the season 32 election or the season 34 election? Thank you.

the concept of irony is so lost to dook that he could not find it with google maps.

There's a reason why I love this community. Very little flaming, but so much sarcasm. I swear this forum has enough sass for years.

I'm also going to start training U21 world bigs because not many managers train want to train U21 bigs. Phyr has been doing a great job but we just don't have talent that we had with EBW. His teams were very very good except his season 28 Americas team. Season 29 worlds gold was due to some great coaching by EBW and Stewart Tripp along with some cruical call-ups toward the end.
