By any chance, could someone give me the link to the Coach Parrot- file and briefly explain the basics of how to use it, please ?

I'm currently using the training calculator, which, I think, was created by rhyminsimon, but I'd like to give this other thing a shot too.

I find CP a bit easier to use.
