The training system by me is fine and this type of games take you years in real life to become someone, that is just how it is and has always been, if you want faster results, play NBA 2K or some other this type of games (you can simulate games, just like in buzzerbeater and trade players etc. but much faster).

But there is one point that is good in your text, which is that the lower division leagues should be filled with active players and bots can fight against each other, would make game much more interesting from the very beginning. For example fill up one league and then start replacing bots in another one and so on. Because this is really annoying I have to admit to play whole season against only bots when there are tons of leagues also with only one active team.

If players aren't trained, then their skills do not improve. It's a very simple and straight forward mechanic that makes perfect sense within the design of a computer game.

That is true of course, but giving us wider options to train more players could still be a possibility and should be considered seriously - especially with the current state of the economy and the availiable players.

What do you think on switching all training to 2-position without malus ? It is quite frustrating to remove guys on the road once 1v1 JS and RE is done.

for that you just plan, do single positions first and then switch to 2 position training (and get the next projects and start to train them as well)

I`m the nicest person you will know:)

that is counter productive from the EE point of view. the EE speeds along the training on single position training, which is why it's better to first do 2 position training, sell off some of those players and keep 3 trainees around for single position training. having EE for dual position training isn't as itneresting, since the single position training would then take longer and the dual position training shorter, which is the exact opposit of what you'd prefer to have ;)
