I had better expectations for your U21 NT so I don't feel like I deserve to stay here.

I think I made good tactical choices overall and the fact that we didn't win anything had more to do with our players not being as strong as the best countries.
But... And there's a big but... It was my duty to improve the players' training and I didn't achieve anything. I contacted a lot of people in the first season in order to convince them to train for the U21 and to help them with a training plan, but I got very few answers, and even fewer results. The seasons after, I honestly just gave up... It takes too much time, which I don't always have for me, and gives too little results.

I'm sure the situation will be better with a bulgarian coach since it will be easier to communicate and do the follow-up, maybe not as much as what mink0ff is achieving with the senior NT, but better than what I did. At least that is what I wish for you all :)

But it was a nice experience and I must say I'm glad you were here to answer many of my posts on the forum :D

Did we make it in the last 32?

great win today but what you mean? i saw we are on 34th position and only 32 teams ahead or i am something wrong?! :) if we are lucky loosers or something its great.... because i dont pretend to understand the competition - for me its strange so many teams and only 7 matches

I might have spoken too early lol... Given our tough schedule we have a bad point average. I think we'll finish between 31st and 33rd. Let's hope we'll make it to the next round

Yep I feel like the first one could happen but I'm not optimistic about the 2 other

That was unfortunate, but a very good effort nonetheless.

I'd say deserving of another 2 seasons in charge.
