U19 doesn't make sense if rookies start at 18 years old.

If it was like hattrick who had 15 and 16 year olds iirc (correct me if I'm wrong), then it would make sense.

I love the idea of a senior NT. In addition to being hilarious, it might inspire people to buy career extension trainers and keep old players healthy.
