I won the league one time with what i thought was a decent squad but as everyone mentioned we barely win a game in b3. From what i have seen i think it’s possible to be competitive but it takes a lot of patience and i think training 2 or 3 of your main players along with having NT players plus arena income could atleast push you far. Sandy has been competitive for the longest time and still maintains a very competitive squad i’m sure this season he will challenge so it is very possible to stay at the top for a while.

I think BB changed rules because of me. There was a season where I tanked in I. and I scouted the entire league, there was 0 players with 5* potential...

It is very difficult, when you plan on drafting, because you can't draft in II. league since it's full of bots, and you get a very low player.

I tried to train 2 of my players before but I did a lot of mistakes and they did not end up that good, I hope I can try to find something this season in the draft, if not I will tank for the next season and then initiate training process.

Otherwise only way to compete at B3 level is for you to tank a few seasons, gather like 15M or 20M in savings, and then build your team around that.

Just look how many 160TSP players were available in the transfer list in the last seasons, it's very easy to make a starting team full of 160 TSP players and spend less than 8-10M in total. But you have to plan well. Shot blocking bigs are the new wave and they are very useful since most of the time they have lower salaries, like around 150k but they perform like 250k bigs so you can offset that salary you are saving and invest in other positions. With merchandise nowadays it is possible to have a 1M+ team even in Africa without nationals, but you have to be lucky that your players are in the leaderboard table, and more you have to be lucky that they perform well enough to be in top global rankings so you have optimal intake.

Even so, I have a moldovan national that I have trained in the last seasons, he's not in the leaderboards, he's not from Egypt, but look how much merch he gives me:

Vasile Cebotari $ 68 264

He would probably be close to 80k in merch if he was in leaderboards, and then you have all star week that boosts merch even more, so taking advantage of these thin margins can help you plan for a B3 campaign. It's important that you are knowleadgeable of all these details, but also of the match engine, current top tactics, current top builds, you cannot compete in B3 with a 250k guard who has 22 JS, 22 OD, but 11 IS.

Then you have gameshape, stamina, experience, all very important details that you need to take into account so your players can compete in the B3 and league. For example Thioffy's players are all in mediocre or average shape, as a league winner he's gonna get his ass kicked in the B3 like that. I think our league is fairly easy to win and quite uncompetitive. First the teams in this league need to realize proper ways to build their teams.

We cannot have teams like Sandy, who have 2 top players with 100k+ salary and the rest of the team is below 60k salary.

It affects negatively league salary floor because it's lower, and TV contract which is also lower. Honestly I have never felt a bigger desire to win the league than to train players. I may try to challenge in the upcoming seasons just for fun. But it would be nice if teams 'revolutionized' their way of thinking and building, and looked at top leagues like Finland where teams salaries average is around 1M. Or we are going to stay like this.

Teams like Baseline, Pythons, CrowZero, Phoenix Suns, Fnidek Superstars should not even be allowed in I. in first place. Just take a look at their salaries and players, some of them are also not paying salary floor so they are going to be farming 300k or 400k weekly. These teams affect our salary floor and TV contract VERY negatively.

Probably best solution would be to merge nations of africa, nations of asia, nations of america ...

As it is right now it's just sad to even try to compete..

Hello, I don't speak much English. Google translator helps me.

This week my grace period ends. Therefore, I must sign players to reach the minimum salary.

I think for my first 24 weeks I've done pretty well.

I have developed my arena and facilities and I am one of the teams with the best Attendance.

This week +700K, next week with the minimum salary I hope to have +200k per week.

I have a historic potential player from my country that I want to train at the highest level.

Good luck to everyone and it is very interesting to read veteran players.

Hey. I'm in semi rebuild mode. This won't last too long.
And just for information, my payroll is higher than yours.
It's even the 5th highest in the league. :D

It was not a dig at you, but you just proved my point, it's unthinkable in a top league where great B3 teams come from, to have salary like yours and to dominate I. league or still be competitive. With a team like yours in most competitive nations you can't even make it out of the relegation zones, it just shows the level of our league...

As for me, I am not competing yet, maybe next season if I see what I like, this season is to try to draft something

Im actually surprised that one team’s low salary affects tv rights for the whole league. Quite interesting

Of course, that's why we need to find a way to increase it if we really want our champions to reach somewhere in B3.

Ideally we could plan as a league, a few seasons ahead, a rebuild for most teams, and to get most teams ready to be competitive. But having newly registered teams is very damaging to our league, these are teams that are either not paying salary floor and making enormous amounts of money or teams that automatically achieved promotion because of a lack of competition in D.II.

I repeat, we need to either consolidate leagues, or another solution, as it stands right now it does not make sense or even gives me enough excitement to try to compete for trophies.
