would be good to hear some official statement, kind of. seems like I´m not too bad, but in relation to my success, I´m still puzzled why others with less success and wins are better.

it could be that only a certain percentage of tickets for your arena can be sold as season tickets. who knows

but still, there´s a big difference in merchandise. domenico plays since a couple of weeks if I rember correctly, but we´re very close in our sales ;)

Thanks for explaining...that makes a lot of sense. I guess when I really look at it, there isn't that much of a difference. Since like you said, teams in higher divisions will have to spend more to stay competitive while teams in lower divisions will have an easier time competing and will spend less money.

understood. but how are the numbers are caculated, merchandise and number of ticket holders?

seems like it´s not strictly related to the success a team had in the past

Like Charles said, some of it depends on which division you get placed in. The higher the division, the more money you get.

I like you and the other BB's plan as to how to approach the competitive and economic differences between divisions. I totally agree with the comment about the issue with Hattrick and right now it's my, by far, biggest complaint. Teams should battle for greater rewards at higher levels, otherwise it becomes less of a basketball sim and more of an economic one.

Of course, I still wish I'd have signed up a bit earlier..

Some things to consider (perhaps not a full list):

- Your PR guy will help you sell more seats and more merchandise. The higher the PR guy lvl, the better.
- The more games you win, the happier your fans will be. The happier they are, the more fans will show up to your games.
- Ticket prices. The higher they are, fewer fans will show up.
- Age of the team. The longer you have been around in BB, the more time you will have had to accumulate a fan base. This fourth point is special in that it is relatively short-term, and should fully equilibrate in a relatively short period.

Hope this helps!

sure, it does, thanks for your explanations :)

and considering that my PR guy wasn´t 10 (as shown for many weeks), but due to thie presentation error only 1, this seems to be okay :)

Don't tell me the guy I replaced with an 8 (who said 1) was really a 10?
