"The way the draft works is as follows: Right after the season ends 48 new players are generated for the draft."
so the new players are
shown
right after the end of the season. you have until 2 days after the finals of your series playoffs to select your draft order. and then the draft occurs (the finals for season 2 were Oct 20 and the draft occured Oct 22 in my series)
BB will make an announcement in the NEWS section as to when the draft will occur. as of right now, no, you cannot the players in the next draft

How do I get to choose to scout a player fora second time...
Is it done randimly every week...
I guess what I am asking is ... Where and what for does the money go every week?

oh yes, you should invest some money in the draft. but as has been pointed out there is a balance between players salaries, staff wages, scouting, and other expenses versus what you take in each week.

Yeah hi im new aswell, just wondering. when we can start to see the draft prospects were do we do it? as in which toolbar does it fall under thanx.
