For you and the way you wish to play this game 3 position training is never good. For others who wish to play another way, it might be perfect. Who are you to say what is good for someone else?

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Alright. and yeah i looked at it again. I only have 4 players i carsge about training. so just pg/sg is gonna work. But thanks for the advice from everyone. And is better to sell or just to train your players to get them better? I only have like 500,000 so id have to sell a couple players to buy some good players...
