I agree with 1-on-1 but I might also consider some rebounding and inside shooting. All depends on who else you are training and how much you can sacrifice for training purposes in your league.

My SF is still in his infancy. He will receive inside training along with two PF's, filling his most glaring hole @ IS. He will probably finish his training at SG/SF in the end after 2 or 3 seasons inside.

First one is a very nice looking trainee. I especially like IS and ID on that guy. JR should pop regularly every two weeks and sometimes you may even experience two pops in a row because of elastic effect and 183cm.

I'm thinking of making him a complete SF, perhaps a very outside oriented PF, but the 6'9'' are in the "too big for guards", "too short for big men" range. I'm starting on DR for forwards now, will have to do something about that poor passing, and then we'll see. What do you think?

I think you have a material for a great shooting PF with good secondaries (except for PA). I wouldn't spend much time on PA except for 2-3 pops. OD is already good enough. Instead, I would invest in JR pops as much as I can in first season and then continue with inside skills + 1 on 1 and JS for forwards.

Great trainee! And I see he has high sublevels also. Too bad for JR, but if you are going to turn him into a C, he doesn't need it...I like a lot his OD, HA and DR. What are your plans with him?

Can't decide... probably too tall for guard skills, but ID would be hard to fix if I decide to train him as a PF.
