Training rebounding is very slow. If you want to increase offensive rebounds, lower your FG%. I used to be among the worst in the league at offensive rebounding. Now I'm in the upper half.

I read the article. They definitely need to make it easier for new teams -- they throw them into division IV where they get systematically humiliated, and it shouldn't be a surprise a lot them decide this game's not for them. But I don't know what promoting more teams will really do. My experience is most demoted teams dominate the next season and go right back up again. I don't know what a promoted team's chances of staying up the first time they get promoted.
But as for myself, I have to thank the blue conference for the amazing hospitality shown me in my five-plus seasons up here. I'd have been demoted a long time ago if not for you guys. Here's my record by season against each conference.

Season 33 6-2 5-9
34 3-5 5-9 (huh?)
35 6-2 8-6
36 8-0 2-5

When I was down there they'd place new managers with all 3k players in the middle of the season. Look at what Frosty's doing down there. I guess they got those mentoring programs, and the veterans in my league would give advice to newbies who were trying, but there's nothing you can do but take your beatings like a man. Maybe it's different now, and it sounds like they're going to implement some kind of Manager's License like Hattrick has, where they give you cash bonuses for completing easy, educational tasks, so you can at least go out and but a couple of youngsters and a decent veteran.
