Im lucky that Im in the rebuilding process.

Just saw few of the BB worst moves ever.

First you changed the engine before the most important matches at the end of the last season. (who makes GE changes during the season, specialy near to PO?).

After that big mistake most of us prepared for it for the new season.
Then you publish that in league games we still have the old GE?

Im really surprised that it went this way. So wrong.

This is where we hold them!

I'll make one last post on the topic in a final attempt to try and help fix this mess. I realize none of this is your fault and my only hope is that you try to convince the people/person responsible to revisit the issue.

Please, admit defeat on the exhaustion implementation, drop the whole thing and come back to fight another day, with a different approach!

1) The most important thing: Players need to be able to stay on the court for the whole duration of the game, without being forced to leave the game, if such are the instructions, no matter the age. No need to decrease training minutes any further.

2) As we read in the news - increasing stamina decay in the game engine is possible, so just make it really strong. Like players performing at 60/70% (at min 28) to 40/50% (at min 38) to like 20/30% (at min 47) of their initial skill levels. The difference in those performance levels from 1 to 10 ST should not be greater than 15-20%. This is still enough to make stamina training viable.

3) Tie game shape to the weekly BBM/B3 game (if one is present). It is just one more conditional check, several lines of if/else code. Penalizing GS will heavily punish short rosters on a week to week basis, not just for the game and will be the bigger part of the solution. Very important to be processed after the psychologist effects.

I am 100% confident that this approach, if implemented carefully, will solve the short roster issue and it's absolutely no problem to be used for all kinds of games.

And one last thing, if somehow, miraculously the people responsible decide to go ahead with this approach, please announce the changes well in advance and via all communication channels possible!

One last important thing - this type of approach, if done properly, allows further changes to the numbers - ST decay percentages and GS penalty coefficients (if the effects are deemed too strong/weak) very, very easily and more what's more important - seamlessly and could be continuously monitored and tweaked until the expected results are achieved completely.

The changes in the middle of the season was a bad decision. Ιt would be a bad decision to implement the play off changes in regular season too because it will destroy training.

Whatever changes they want/should make they should be announced in the start of this season and take place in season 58.

It isnt logical to have two game engines, i agree, but first you have to deal with training and how to avoid hurting it.

Not a bad proposal by Sofia Alpha Dogs and mink0ff. Players can stay in the court for 48 min and their performance will drop later in the game.

The tied gameshape during BBM B3 competition is one of the best propositions ever. Everything is neutral and the better team will win most of the time. GS clever manipulation can give you results against much better teams though. With your proposition I think managers will be somehow "forced" to see the strengths and weaknesses of their team, which is really good for the game in the long run

reducing the effect of higher stamina levels, and adjusting player aggressiveness when in foul trouble. The new GE is deployed and is applied to all matches starting now. (Note: The exhaustion effect is still excluded in regular season matches and scrimmages)


So players with high stamina wont have the same performance (question here...is level 7 considered high stamina since 10 is maximum level a player can reach??) BUT the exhaustion effect is still excluded, that is really weird and make no sense.

Imho just implement the exhaustion effect yesterday, and after 1-2 season, even if lots of managers are at a huge disadvantage with such a change, the game will manage to be balanced again.

Last but not least, I have proposed in the past to bring the training minutes to 40 for all players and Im glad more and more people follow , I urge the bb staff to really consider this as a solid suggestion that will make everyone happy
