I am not at all arguing for/against the change if anything I would like the option to turn it off as another feature :D.

Agree, just giving my thoughts on the situation. I have nothing against the change and the new owners are probably way too busy to have thought how it would be received but change in ownership makes people uneasy and it’s important to address.

I find it alarming how much trouble some people have with dealing with minor changes/inconveniences. We have a whole generation that's raised by overprotective parents and haven't learned to cope with life. I feel for them, but we don't need to enable them.

But certainly if the way they are trying to monetise this game is only by bringing more attention to the supporter packages, instead of pay-to-win stuff, or more intrusive features.

I am all for it, and they have full right to do it.
