I'm actually pretty excited today, I had six players pops in rebounding. This has to be my most successful training week ever.

I was wondering what you guys would suggest for training with my 18 y/o. I noticed alot if not all of you trained pressure the whole first season for your guards. I know pressure is very important for guards so i will continue to train it, but what is the ideal SG to have after 1 season of training. It is just past half of his first season and here are the stats for my 18 y/o rookie (He will probably pop in OD next week).
_
Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: strong Handling: respectable
Driving: average Passing: respectable

_
I am guessing the idea for the first season is to get OD as high as possible before training anything else. What would you guys suggest for training? I know i will have to train OD alot but to what point do i start to work on the other skills?
Thanks for the help in advance :)
