Znam ovo, prije mjesec-dva probao, uradio tri i pol vježbe, lipsao, tri dana me vrat bolio... Zaključak: nisu džaba nacrtali lika kako radi vježbe, jer je nemoguće da ih ljudsko biće uradi. :)

Ja mislim, ali ne bih garantovo, da bi ove vježbe u zadatom roku trebao pravilno da izvede neko ko već ima pločice. Svi koji žele da imaju pločice, a trenutno su u slaboj formi, osim pravilne ishrane i drugih fizičkih aktivnosti (npr. dnevna šetnja u trajanju od sat vremena), trebalo bi da rade svaku ovu vježbu onoliko koliko im trenutna forma dopušta. Opet kažem da je to moje mišljenje, a ja sam iz ove oblasti laik. Stavio sam ovaj klip, jer mi se u momentu činilo da bi moglo koristiti, mislim ide ljeto.
