well tonight takes the cake, really it does

i decided to support this game for a year because i love it i really do , id always been treated fairly and nicely until tonight.
where apparently sweeping a major problem under the rug was more important then some common curtisy .

closed for no reason.

again closed for no reason

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...

i specifically ask for a reason its being closed , and its closed again without reason

And the one that has pissed me off is this

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...

again closed without answering me

i can tell you right now i wont be supporting a game that treats its customers like this again.

as long as the gm's are on a power trip buzerbeater wont get another cent from me.

(edit) well i got a response , id like to state though i was not reporting a bug so it didnt need to go into the bug forum , otherwise this whole thread should be there, i was trying to find out if people where able to bid 1000 and get any player like i was hearing.

actually all the info was not in the bug forum , i was told via in game chat that people where able to bid 1000 on players listed over 1000 i was trying to confirm if this was true.

thus why i was pissed that my threads kept getting closed.

and the bug thread was created hours after the bug actually started.

again the threads i started where not reporting a bug they where a discussion of what the bug allowed.

much like half the posts in this thread.

And your wrong with your understanding of what actually happened with this bug.

from what ive been told you could bid on any player for 1000 and it would go through.

It's all discussing a particular Bug though so it should have remained in the Bugs thread. There's no point in breaking up a single bug in to multiple threads or it will all just get confused.

To summarise:

- Creating new threads in BB Global about a bug (whether it's reporting a new bug or discussing a current one) was not the right thing to do and those threads were rightfully closed.
- Having those threads closed with no message to explain why (until GM-Rip responded) was not the right thing to do from our end and that is something that we need to work on from a moderator/admin standpoint (and we are).

So what's going to happen now with all the people who got those players on the cheap. I know I tried to bid on a player with a TPE of 2 million and it would not let me...and he went for 675K. Is it fair that a "BUG" let these teams get these players for sooooo cheap. And how about the teams that lost money because their players prices were stuck. Maybe that should be a new supporter feature..Giving the supporters a 5 minutes head start when one of these "BUGS" hit...
PS..I was going to stick two players in the bin this week...Not anymore. Just so you can tell me,"tough Luck!!" when the price gets frozen and you guys finally figure it out two hours later...
TICK-TOCK-TICK-TOCK..that is the clock ticking down till March 9th when my supporter ends...Right now it's
YES<NO

Transfer market sucks big time for more than a few months and nothing is done about it. I dont know if the developers are so filthy rich they dont have to care about their work anymore but a little more interest and responsiveness would definitely not hurt them.

I will definitely not extend my supporter package if the game remains in this state and continues to decline. BBs facebook page is a joke - lol @ twitter and nice video contest too. :-/

Well Knecht, I'm sorry to ask you this, but do you ever read a message from someone with a BB- in front of his name?
Since really, somehow I would almost think you're running a script that automatically filters out these messages so that you are not even able to read them. I guess this message is a nice test ;).

If you manage to read this one, please try to read BB-Charles his messages in this topic and the last few news items. Yes there are many problems, yes we are aware of it, yes we try to fix these things. We feel bad we cannot offer the game-quality we'd like to offer this season. We feel bad to mess with the community, our managers, this much this season.

The underlying problem, unfortunately, isn't something we are able to fix with a simple 'push the button'. As you see in the current announcement, our developers are trying several options to help the problem, and offer the community a better game.

As much as we like to answer you and all the other managers who suffer from the problems now, tomorrow, or in a few days that all problems are fixed and solved, sometimes that just impossible.

But I can assure you, not a single developer is filthy rich (hence, they have to have full time jobs next to BB), and all developers care more for the game than you can possibly imagine.

Really, as a non developer, I feel it's just not fair at all to treat the devs with the low amount of respect as you do. I can't even count the amount of times again when I log onto skype and see for example Mark or Charles accepting a 2 hours night of sleep at work days to fix BB things in the middle of the night in either timezone. Same goes for the other devs.
