Yes, but I think his point was that it was unfair on managers who have the already capped players because it will now take longer to train them for yourself if you don't have any. However that's only true in primary skills, those players lack in secondaries that they will also need to compete with the future capped players with better secondaries.
But if my SG has 17 OD and 6 IS, I think he's better than your SG with 18 JR and 5 ID. Just my opinion.

How would that make him better? IS is almost entirely useless for shooting guards in most offenses. I mean, maybe if you run PTB....ID is at least somewhat useful.

And to suggest that players that have better secondaries are going to be better than players with better primaries is ridiculous. Especially when it's a TEN PERCENT decrease. TEN...that's not a little amount

Say you have a training speed of .4 that's three weeks + some sublevel in the old seasons. Now it's going to .36 which is 4 weeks. Awesome.

And yeah.....a dude with 18 JS 17 OD and good primaries is going to beat a guy with 16JS 15OD but 8 shotblocking! The shotblocking is the great equalizer people! OR 8 IS...which is also (not) awesome for shooting guards.

It's the same for everyone.

It's like you saying it's unfair the race is now 101m when it used to be 100m. It's not unfair, everyone will have to run those 101m.

It is not the same for people who are new to the game vs people who have been around a long time. It makes it harder for new players to catch up, since they have to train longer to get their players to the same level.

That's.....the worst analogy in the history of analogies?

It'd be more like saying you have to beat a record of a guy running 100m when you are running 110ms.

What? IS is almost entirely useless? Why would you say that?

The elastic effect will be handled differently, how do you know how it will affect training ?
People new to the game have a higher purchasing power than before and will maybe catch up and beat us with more rounded players :)

Because in a ton of offenses, IS for the SG has no bearing on the inside scoring rating. Meaning it's almost completely inconsequential.

Shooting guards aren't designed to be IS monsters...even if you have one with good IS, your best bet is to run Push The Ball if you want any kind of return on it.

With cross-training, these new techniques emphasize each skill as part of becoming a more complete basketball player, and make reference to every skill. Thus, improvement in driving is related not just to related skills (like handling), but also more weakly to unrelated skills (like shot blocking)

Hahaha if the managers doesn't train SB, let's do the managers train it as a secundary(i bet this change was made by Charles) ¡

I don't really support the idea to train skills you don't really want, why we can't have the choice to train exactly what we want?

SB is still a useless skill, because it has a bigger impact on the salary than on the GE...

I suppose OD training will train now SB no?

Anyway BB-Charles why u don't add a qualification for SB on the boxscore like it's been suggested on the past?? At least you can give the chance to see the global impact of SB.

Lol do you watch basketball at all? IS can be useful for any player. Any player can score inside. Even if it doesn't affect the match rating, IS on a guard still helps the guard make shots that are close to the basket.

Check the Suggestions they are important
