if remember ko either prodi or stupendous ang JR nun na ang salary was 200k plus. di naman ganun ka galing tumira.

sa akin lang ha based sa NT players at personal players nahawak ko masprefer ko higher driving mga guards. driving at least phenomenal. at even if gaano kaganda ang isang player skills if wala siyang "aggressive trait" he won't take over the game.

sa NT natin players that can take over a game si solarta, dela pena at si benedicto napansin ko dati.

eto din napansin ko sa guards if gusto ka LI di naman talaga dapat mataas ang IS. driving is more important based sa napansin ko sa isang player ko. having high IS just makes the guards dunk more. if gusto ka high IS sa guard mu pair it with high rebounding kawawa yung kalaban mu kasi if marebound ang bola may laking chance a dunk or putback yan.

mga observation ko lang yan ha i maybe wrong.

Our u21 manager did not scout? If totoo yung balita, lolo ikaw na lang mag organize ng u18 natin sayang kasi ang batch ngayon. Kung ok lang sayo.

Hi Sir,
I was actually helping him out the moment na nanalo siya. I gave him a link para i-fill yung 18 yr old pool kaya lang wala naman pong nangyari. Wala rin po kasi akong time mag-scout dahil busy rin ako sa work.

He's not replying to my mails so I stopped.
nagfa-follow up pa rin naman po ako sa mga 19 yr old ngayon para naman maalalayan pa rin.
Di ko sure yung sa 18 yr old kung kaya kong imonitor tulad ng kay Coach Greedy, I'll try mailing all of their managers.
ang labas nito separate entity ako sa U21 Manager haha

Siya kasi ang u21 coach, so pangit din if makialam tayo kung hindi coordinated sa kanya. Importante lang naman ang mga bagong manager makausap, tingin ko doon na lang mag focus. Maayos naman ang pili ni greedy, at na monitor mo ang 19 year old ngayon leaving us with the 18 year old batch. Nasabi ko na peace ko sa kanya, he should know the expectations that comes with it.

Let's just do the best in the situation.sa tingin Ko naman Yung may mga 18-19yo players karamihan mga beterano managers na ang nagtititrain Sa kanila.

Nag reply siya sa akin he will come up with a list soon for the other potential u21 candidates. Tutok na lang pag may nagtanong sa forum section. I think he wants to do this on his own.
