As for Tungi, I totally agree. But Prezanto is mute & Jey² only comes once in a while... I'm fine if you let one of them be senior manager but not U21. Juniors represents the top-of-range category. They make a future turn into a bright present.
A small country needs to have a reference, someone to beat, to catch up with. In Thailand we have Siam Dau and Somdestfinest. They both are senior and junior GM, but look at the results... I don't think that a player can handle 4 competitions per week: National Championship, Cup Tournament, Buzzer Beater's Best & International games.
If Yogi or Prezanto take control of the U21, I think they'll be drowned by the mass of work that it requires. And it's not good for the development of your country. Just take a look at our U21 results. Good intentions but it requires too much time. The guy needs to live in real life too...
Honestly, there are a lot of issues with U21:
- Training programs
- Week to week discussion with the respective managers,
- Handling game shapes,
- Opponent analysis
- Saving players from turning bots
- ...
I had to help höfaingi this season as there were lot to do!
And about you... I don't really know you well, so I won't say anything. But if you feel like you can handle the job, then I'll be glad to see your program when the elections will run ;-).
