Si Felisimino nga. Trainee ko sana yan kaya lang meron akong HoF na draftee the year after kaya d ko na natutukan training nya. Sayang at mukhang nag edad na past his training prime but he had good stats when he was playing for my team. Good luck.

Yeah, I would like to thank Obi for giving player development advice when I was starting with Caesar Jesus eons ago. Now I have two 26-year olds co-captaining my team and two potential U21 prospects following a similar development formula.

Welcome..Jesus was the prototype for a two way defensive player. For u21, not really needed that much but i think we need more Senior players to be built along those lines. I remember him not really having a good starting TSP but you had patience kaya all the credit goes to you for executing it. If he had good starting TSP he would have been valuable to our Seniors instead of being a borderline nt player.

Sana you can mentor others mas maganda kasi bagong generation na ang magturo. My intent always was for others to take the lead. My mistake was not factoring his height too much because of the data that was available at that time. If I could have a do over he could have even been better. You are a vet already, I am always hoping that enough people take an interest in this game and train NT players.

The Worlds are no joke. The level of competition is different from Asian qualifiers. Kung gusto natin manalo we need more dedicated trainers working toward a common goal. Easy games will only be from countries that qualified because they were competing against skeleton NT teams. I am still proud of both NT coaches for reaching the World stage given the talent and competition. Imagine natin sana kung mas marami pa ang tutulong at mag sacrifice para umangat tayo.

I don't mind taking in a Padawan learner as long as the expectations are not that high.lol. I will make mistakes, so I hope to fail gracefully instead of planting my face on the floor.

Yeah man, I don't mind training players even if it means not making it to the PPL. Hopefully my stable produces talent worthy of consideration for both u21 and NT rosters.

That's right, borderline NT talaga ung si Caesar Jesus boss. I would always look at him sa start ng season dahil kinoconsider ko tlaga sya because of the balanced skill set. Talagang kinapos lang sya sa primaries otherwise he could have been a contributor sa NT.

As much as ayaw ko sanang sabihin dahil may ga-butas ng karayon na chance pa na mag qualify tayo sa next round, pero mukhang malabo na tayo makaangat pa. Disaster ung 4th qtr natin vs US.. We were playing them so well tapos biglang kinain tayo sa 4th. We'll try to end the Worlds campaign on a winning note against Italy next week.

Tama talaga si boss obi, we are are few more pops behind against the competition sa Worlds. Good thing is hindi naman tayo iwan na iwan but we still have some catching up to do. As I have said before, may mangilan ngilan naman tayo na malalakas na bata pero mas maganda kung mas dadami pa tayong magttrain. Good news again MEDYO dumdami naman ang nakakausap ko na nagttrain. :)

Mukhang di na aabot sa NT yung mga 26yo ko but that's fine, we will wait for 5-6 seasons before my younglings mature into awesome players.

Ironically, I'm training a US big now since wala akong center. That could be a reason why I do well in Div 3 but perform badly in Div 2 (aside from selling Harry Pornan prematurely, which was a bad move imo)

wait mo lang boss yung the next tenmatay ko .. hehehe pero more on PF siya .. medyo ok na yung bigman skill .. hinahabol ko lang yung guard skill .. hopefully maganda kalabasan .. nakafocus kasi ako ngayon sa OD and passing ..

Yes tama si boss obi. Perfect C to para sa outside offense. Great defense all around tapos excellent passing - playmaker para makakuha ng mas magandang tira ang guards & wings.
