I've noticed that GM-Rip has a habit of running for NT positions in small countries, but he never wins the elections. Maybe someone can persuade him to run for Indian U21 manager ;)

(14480) Good win and we only played with connolly as center who is 21 and our back up SF was also 21 years old others where 20 years old.

More news, our young hall of famers are for sale. Seems to me that there are good buyers trying to get them :)

Also about next U21 manager...I will help him to get into things and I will answer any question that will come up if you are interest in the job or anything.

Another nice win :) Our U21 NT is becoming stonger and stronger. This means our NT will soon be stronger too :)

Perhaps you could BBmail GM-Rip and ask him to be the U-21 NT manager of India? He is very experienced and he has a lot of knowledge about BB.

GM-Rip could be persuaded by an enthusiastic Indian manager ;)
He ran for the England U21 team http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr.... I think I saw that he ran somewhere else but I can't remember what country it was.

but i think that the U21 manager should be a player of indian community since he/she will be able to have better interactions.these are the ones i think should be the ones in the decreasing order of preference
tungi(for sure to be placed at the 1st place)(50485)
prezanto(194805)
jeyjey(50507)
BBchamp(why not place me!!!!!!!)(194820)
these are the one who have the capability of managing the U21 NT.........
i would love to see if anyone of them is intrested to manager the U21 NT............

As for Tungi, I totally agree. But Prezanto is mute & Jey² only comes once in a while... I'm fine if you let one of them be senior manager but not U21. Juniors represents the top-of-range category. They make a future turn into a bright present.

A small country needs to have a reference, someone to beat, to catch up with. In Thailand we have Siam Dau and Somdestfinest. They both are senior and junior GM, but look at the results... I don't think that a player can handle 4 competitions per week: National Championship, Cup Tournament, Buzzer Beater's Best & International games.

If Yogi or Prezanto take control of the U21, I think they'll be drowned by the mass of work that it requires. And it's not good for the development of your country. Just take a look at our U21 results. Good intentions but it requires too much time. The guy needs to live in real life too...

Honestly, there are a lot of issues with U21:
- Training programs
- Week to week discussion with the respective managers,
- Handling game shapes,
- Opponent analysis
- Saving players from turning bots
- ...
I had to help höfaingi this season as there were lot to do!

And about you... I don't really know you well, so I won't say anything. But if you feel like you can handle the job, then I'll be glad to see your program when the elections will run ;-).

I'm not trying to insult but I don't think prezanto and jeyjey will make a good NT manager. Their teams may be good but as managers, I feel that they don't truly know about some complex things, such as tactics, lineup, gameshape management and so on.
I've sent BBmail to GM-Rip. I'm not sure if he'll reply though. Hopefully he will!!!

Hof: How much time is required to manage U-21 NT??? I know it's not an easy job but depending on the time, I may be able to run (but very unlikely).
