Reading about how prospects ends in hands of bots or unresponsive teams - maybe a patch to that change could be creating same number of divisions and levels for each country and all (good enough) prospects drafted by bots would end up at TL as free agents. For obvious reasons.

Yes, it would crippled the market but that's apparently not an issue since extensive filters are already implemented. At least it would give a fair chance to anybody draftwise and nationwise.

I hope this doesnt excite countries that enjoy farming NT players to exploit and build more local players.

I honestly have no idea if farm teams exist or whether they even can. I did notice certain countries when i was actively monitoring the transfer list that seemed to just build players then turn bot (cough Romania cough) has that had any effect or was that just co-incidental?

What lol? Draft is full of crap usually if all of the users in the "small" countrys could actually pick the players in draft then all of the good ones would be taken by the human players anyway. I have a thought let's just TL all players generated by draft and then let the users bid for them. Let's call it the money draft and all of those not bid on will go to retirement right away!:D

I don't understand well the innovation about salary
An example:In japan there are two teams with the same salaries and the same players
TEAM A with only japanese players
TEAM B with only players of other nationalities

These two teams don't train their players, and theri players aren't old so the skill and the salaries salary don't change

What's the situation with the new system?
TEAM B have the same salary and TEAM A pay 10% less
or
TEAM A have the same salary and TEAM B pay 10% more ?

There is no indication at all as of now whether the suggested change will be indeed related to salary. I don't think this is an accident.

Everyone from a smaller country decrying this as an attack to small countries is missing quite a few points here, the main one is:

If there's more quality players in a larger country, there's also more quality teams to compete with for there services. You might save more on salary, but you might pay more to buy them.

Assuming this is a 20% tax like in HT it would be a small adjustment to the un-level playing field tilted towards small countries. Even with this change I'd take the offer to switch to a smaller country in a heartbeat.

Oh, and it seems Charles comments are trying to point out it wont even be this bad for smaller countries and we can't even be sure what the change will be. Feel free to continue overreacting and missing the big picture though.

over the season i have seen many people moan and it looks like these people finally getting what they want...

You mean a change was implemented for the majority? How unfair :)

If a smaller country has to pay less for the same foriegn transfer as a big country, wont this offset the difference in # of players somewhat? Being from a larger country base, I will still have to buy foriegn players if I want to compete, and at a higher price than other teams I am competing on the TL for. Does everyone really think that good players for an inexpensive price were hard to find with the old search criteria? Is it believed that a large number of active users where just to lazy to actually find a good deal on the TL? Wow.

@Superfly Guy-Are we back to talking about how a change affects the top 100 teams again? BB3 is an elitist tournament for the very top teams in a game with over 45,000 teams.

the thing that is clear from the news (in my opinion) is that they will implement a salary increase for players that are not from your home country.

It's not clear in the least, and the absolute riot raging here is over something that no one knows what will actually happen.

Everyone needs to chill out and await what the changes actually are before throwing a fit.

True - but it does not hurt to provide the bb's with as much relevant information, arguments and helpful suggestions (e.g., WFU03) to consider prior to actually making any changes. Past history has shown that they do take such things into account.

Which is a big deal if you are successful in a country where BB is not popular.

Some countries will have Division 7's before some have a full L.1 (sorry if ive repeated myself) and then the rule changes would be with those teams in mind as they would be the 'majority' to please.

Can you not hear that I am crying out for more competition.. im slowly getting it via the teams improving in the JBBL but that wont be good enough for most as we will never lose the tag of 'small nation'.

Keep adding layers to the big userbases and keep adding rules to keep them all happy - im not objecting to this.. but dont add more small countries to the game if they are to cater for 5-10 users only... it is and will become increasingly difficult for everyone to conform to the same rules without favouring one group of users...

Because of so-called lack of competition it would be an outrage to favour the smaller nations.. but unless cleverly implemented any new rule to favour the masses will ordinarily be to our detriment.
