A classic game 1 in the finals. For the pistons the mighty Casey did not strike out and while there may be no joy in Mudville Diorite has to be delirious over the result. 2 had the right plan but the enthusiasm advantage the pistons had obviously paid dividends. This should end up seeing a Sunday special.

I could have sworn the last time I had to play a deciding game 3 in a RL that I paid no salaries that week. If I had realized this was not the case I wouldn't have trolled my fans so by going Caddyshack on the prices. Cost us each about 18k in revenue.


Good to survive another one of these, four times we have had to do so in my time here in this brutal league. And next season could find us back in the same spot again because this conference ain't getting any easier.

It's been an interesting 3 seasons in DIII.5. Hopefully I can make it back at some point. Good luck to everyone the rest of the way. I'm going to keep up with this league for the commentary and to see how it plays out next year for sure. Good luck!

I am going to miss my Goat! It looks like another 4 team turnover in the RED again. What will be in store for next another Round 2 and MastersofBall ? We shall see, I take nothing for granted. GL to all leaving.

Actually it seems like you did spend this season training some playas, couple of middling old timers and a draft class to fill out the bench and your back up in no time.

After a enthralling opener the scene now changes as it's time for 2 to put up or shut up while the Pistons look for a way to put this away on the quick. Two teams seemingly separated by the thinnest of margins in battle for the right to be called a champion.
