For the people who want more users to express their opinion: I like the new system.
Playing a manager game is more than setting up game orders. Currently I think there is a rather good equilibrum between finances and sports sim.

Well I'm new here and I do agree with what LA-Kantine said...
Having this system does also makes the game alive compared to the older system, thats what I think..

But frankly speaking,
as I was saying...I am new to BB ( joined 1 week ago ) and I did hired a better trainer and to tell the truth, the increment is really a pain..But thats the reason I've been so eager to come and check out my economy even more often..
Its all going well for me =)

Sorry you tackeled your own arguments already in your reply to my 40 out of 40k users thread, so there is no point is repeating what I said before, 1 time is enough.

Just try to not project your own opinion as the majority. I understand you are a little frustated, but hey let's see it the other way around. Think about it in a positive way instead of the negative one. It is how it is now, focus on how to deal with it, instead of kicking against it untill it's gone.

I don't think they will change the staff system within 1 season after introducing it. We know your opinion right know, what's the use of repeating yourself over and over again?

If you got a great suggestion how the staff system should be, open a petition fed or post your story in the suggestions forums (probably the last since you aren't Supporter), that's way more usefull than repeating yourself.

did the bb expected to see bids to even raise up to millions getting them?

i dont think the amount was expected to be in this amount

but a lot of factors contribute it to more like example slow training

pretty lame if you ask me

The amount of money bid on any particular staff member has nothing to do with the BB's. It is a free market and the users set the prices. Don't blame he BB's because users are spending too much money.

And, if you don't want to spend moeny or time go get yourself a level 3 or a level 4 trainer.At the time of this post there were 8 level 3 or 4 trainers avaialble, 7 of them with bids of $5000 or less, in the next hour. Two of those had specialties. The one who was more than 5k was a whopping $38000.

Basically, if you are complaining about the system you are either not exploring it or are too stubborn to change your preset notions of how the game should be to best suit YOUR needs.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

my purpose of saying it is just to say what i think, i could be wrong and im open to how to change the perspective,

dont tell me it has nothing to do with it, because once they did it this way there is a possibility but how big it is we cant say.

look everything here whether its new or old ways are susceptible to change now or in the future.

no matter how i think it is, the odds are given to us just like everyday living you encounter things like bad weather, bad week, sudden financial crisis!

so if your creating something positive well then by all means try to change my perception thank you!

Ah I missed that one indeed.

First of all, I don't think every low league team can afford a lvl 6 or 7 trainer right now. They are signed for millions, I don't think the average low division team has more than a million cash.

The problem is when you don't have an increase every week, and you don't have any skill drops, you can just hire 1 staff member and don't look at it for seasons. The salary will rise 15% max per season and he will be at the same lvl at all time. This would make the staff market (and the staff system) nearly dead.

Reach team spend the same amount of money but in long therm...


Yeah that's quite the point. As I said in my post above, in my opinion this is a long term strategy game. If the amount paid in a season will be the same in both alternatives, then there is no difference to me.
