So the 2-3 zone works ? (sigh). Of course it works if you have good tools to use!

It works every time if your opponent's outside shooters doesn't have decent JS, I know for example that his starting SF has JS lvl 13, that was enough, if SF had JS lvl 18-20, Chinese guy would have won easily.

Enough said ...
;)

I'm not sure.

Yes the SG has 18/11 shooting, but he wasn't at Proficient game shape and he had 6 assists from SG spot with only PA 13. Also his IS is only 8, which makes him a very questionable choice for Look inside strategy.

He went 3 for 6 from midrange and 2 for 5 on close range shots. So this player did his thing from outside, but fumbled on inside.

I don't want to downplay this year's B3 champion's work; he won with outstanding roster. I just wanted to point out his result is not the proof that 2-3 works. It would be interesting to watch the match between this year's champion and Dyonisius from two seasons ago.

Yes I see that he has one decent Sg with JS and I am saying that all it takes is one weak link, one SF with lvl 13 JS to 2-3 zone to work, in addition, Minglian his starting Pg has JS lvl 16, that is not enough for such a high level. If that is not enough, his backup SF is PF, so we can safely presume that he also doesn't have JS.

I was under the impression that 18/11 js/jr was very 'average' by B3 standards...

18/11 is good enough for Look inside team in B3. Dyonisius had something like 17/12 two years ago and didn't have any problem with decimating the opposition, especially against 2-3. It is however worth mentioning he had JS 17 on PG, SG and SF position; also those three positions had IS of 14, 15 and 17.

I don't know what other proof you need to think that 2-3 actually works. It was the final of B3, highest level of the game, and the chinese team not only had great players, but also higher salary for them.

Yet you complain that he didn't have the "most perfect" guards for LI because one of them had only 8 IS.

You really need to stop bit****g about the game tactics. I only see you complaining about it all the time. The 2-3 works fine, if you have the brain to make it work.

Młoty Stargard truly deserved to win it, what a great manager. This is it. He managed to win without losing money during the road. First time I see it happening as far as I remember.

He had to had JS more distributed along PG-SG-SF positions, respectively 17-17-17 in JS would have been enough and he could have this within his current salaries.
