In light of the News on the changes to promotion/demotion for Utopia leagues, can we have some clarification as to who is going to promote with certainty every season in Utopia? It seems like 6 teams are demoting for higher level leagues (7th and 8th from both conferences and 2 of the 5th and 6th seeded teams). This means an extra .5 slot for each lower division (at least for D3 and above, less for ).

Is it going to use bot promotion rules? Some kind of new mechanic combining being runner up + regular season ranking?
