i do not have answer to all your questions, and what i said was studdied by @JoKa not by me

as for:
If the game shape 7 of this reset week is the base. Then, what Game Shape 9 means in numbers?

it is not linear, if you look at the difference of impact on DMI between GS7 and GS8, and between GS8 and GS9 the second has a far greater impact on DMI.

I understand
I know DMI is only an indicator, i was trying to exemplify with numbers.

But is very important the point that you gave me about the game shape.

If the game shape 7 of this reset week is the base. Then, what Game Shape 9 means in numbers?
Every skill is affected by the game shape? in this case, increased? and how much is increased?

i hope you understand my doubt.
sorry if my english is not too good

The above is correct. And just to show an example, I have a player with the following rough numbers:

GS 7, DMI 630,000
GS 8, DMI 1,100,000
GS 9, DMI 2,250,000

It's also worth noting 9 GS does not have a sub-level, it is 9.0. So it's possible that jump above is from say 8.8 to 9.0 - which would be a tiny jump in GS, but a large jump in DMI.

I don't know if GS is also non-linear - e.g going from 8.8 to 9.0 would be a bigger jump than 6.8 to 7.0. The coachparrot spreadsheet shows the effect on the team ratings (a bit out-of-date due to game engine changes), so you could experiment there if you're interested.

are zones broken? Why in a 3-2 zone 50 % of closed shots are defended by PG/SG/SF and 40 % of mid/long by PF/C. The figures doesn't differ from man to man.

The Game Engine did not make the logical choice at the end of my first game of the season and I would like to know why. I lost the game (128632954) by one point when trailing by 3 with one second left on the clock. Instead of trying a for a tie by taking a 3 point shot my PG instead drove to the basket and made a useless 2 point bucket with no time left on the clock. Game Over, lost by one 91-90. I may have lost the game anyway in overtime but the fact that he didn't even try for the tie makes me think that the AI in the game engine is an idiot. Yes I was using Look Inside tactics but my point guard had taken two three point shot attempts earlier in the game so why not then?

Total Player Salaries: $ 119 112
Total Staff Salaries: $ 34 684

Player Salaries Floor: $ 253 672
The salary floor does not apply to new teams for their first 24 weeks. Your grace period ends on 02/07/2024.

What that exactly means? After 24 weeks i will pay 253 672 weekly? Whats happen if my income will be lower

What amount? 253.672?

I am paying right now only 119.112.

Why do I have to pay more after 24 weeks? Where is the logic here?

Each league has a salary floor based on the TV contract in that league, and the league level (higher level leagues have a salary floor that's a higher percentage of the TV contract). In a division II such as yours, the salary floor is 190% of the TV contract.

It's basically an anti-tanking measure to disincentivize running out a roster of minimum salary players in very high division levels and stockpiling a disproportionate amount of money without attempting to be competitive. In general, the higher divisions have teams that have been around for a while and as such have the economic base (through arena size and merchandising revenue) to support a stronger team. In smaller countries, where teams get placed into division 3 or division 2 while they're still very new, the new teams won't have that arena and merchandising baseline built up yet, so teams get a 2 season grace period before they're immune to the salary floor, so they're not getting punished for not having had time to build up their arena yet.
