Covering for an injury from last night. I was down to 2 guard options (nemesio and goddard). I need to win one of the next two away games to be pretty much certain of going thru to the knockouts. Today is the easier of the two and its against an outside team.

Ideally i can relist and recover most of the cost of this move next week, but the injury will prob cost about 500k.

It's a challenge trying to compete and stay solvent here. Anyone else having financial issues?

Unless we get to colluding, that's always how NBBA is going to be I think

The average net income is -$30k. Account for cup activity and the whole league is barely above break-even... but that counts Coco tanking. Maybe Wozz is making some money but I think that'd be about it?

I'm about even when don't include the cup - so i make 50k when i'm in it.

That was with me winning every game though (mostly), that loss against AZ will cost me all my profit from last few weeks. :)

I was slightly in the black until the promotion attendance bonus wore off seemingly this week
But I punted cup to win some league games. It feels like it comes out about even financially. Of course you have to manage enthusiasm (when out of cup) almost as hard as you manage gameshape (when in cup)...

cut it close, but look to be all but through now. If i cant win the home game in two weeks AND lose away next week then dont deserve to go thru anyway.

Still seems a total waste to spend any resources this season.

but if you spend now, i.e. this week, surely you can put up a fight? :)

What makes you think there won't be more juggernauts next season too? + you have to qualify again.

(sorry for the hassle, i just want you to win BBB!)

im not sure we've seen a team throw this much at the B3 in many seasons. I expect they'll spend more before the knockouts too, just a hunch.

plus im still training, noticeable improvements from stam and FT still to come.

Yeah I want to see you make a run at it but it does kinda feel like this isn't the season to splurge
