When I was down there they'd place new managers with all 3k players in the middle of the season. Look at what Frosty's doing down there. I guess they got those mentoring programs, and the veterans in my league would give advice to newbies who were trying, but there's nothing you can do but take your beatings like a man. Maybe it's different now, and it sounds like they're going to implement some kind of Manager's License like Hattrick has, where they give you cash bonuses for completing easy, educational tasks, so you can at least go out and but a couple of youngsters and a decent veteran.
