look he came into the BB when he was 19 years old and this is his second season.. ii didnt even get him until the 11/19/09 which ii think that is the second half of season 10... so im goiing to keep him until he's about 24.. so he's going to be a problem in BB.. ii have a lvl 6 trainer so he's going to be getting his skills up along wit my boii Gansler.. so get ready to hear about them...

look he came into the game at "19" (its not that good) years old but he is still a mediorce trainee and always will be. being one of the best PG in the game.. sorry but please look up PGs with 30k-50k salary (I doubt very much your PG will reach that level)... and they are still not remotely close to being best PGs in BB.

he 's an fine player, just not one of those unstoppable monster.
U can always felt in love with ur player, but the world wouldn't wait for u and him to development.

and by the way, a lv6 trainer may be a bit expensive for a 2nd year GM

I am not sure about that actually, but thats depend on your teams goal. If your goal is to win, then lvl4 trainer/2 positions is the best for you. If you want to train an NT player then lvl 6 trainer sounds fine for me.

What i love on this game are the several choices that we have.

I'm with Johnny here. lvl 4 is the best if you want to compete and do a bit of training.

Consider this:
-I've been told (based on others experiences) that the difference between lvl 4 and lvl 5 trainer is an extra 2-3 weeks worth of training for the season so thats probably an extra pop in a skill or maybe 2 if you're lucky

-You are paying 45k a week for a lvl 5 trainer. A lvl 4 trainer will cost you probably 15k (probably even less). So that is an extra 30k per week over a season of 14 weeks is like $420k. If you believe that an extra 1-2 pops is worth an extra $420k, then that is all fine, but I personally don't think an extra 1-2 pops to trainees is worth the extra $420k

Now why not take the 420k and go buy another player instead that would immediately help your team?

Also consider that the signing bonus for a level 4 trainer might be less than a hundred thousand, where as you might have to spend up to to buy that level 5 trainer, which means you spend 720k at least (this isn't even including the salary increase). Definitely not worth it. It might be worth it if you managed to buy a really low salary level 5 trainer, but that would probably cost up to 7 or 800k to purchase. Level 4 is the way to go.

A lvl 4 sign on bonus is nowhere near 100k. A 15k starting guy you will probably get for a 1k sign on bonus.

There is no point spending large sign on bonuses for lvl 5 trainers with low salaries. Even if you hold on to the trainer for 2-3 seasons it will still average out (sign on bonus + weeks salary) to to be more than 40k per week

the stamina bonus with the lv4 trainer is very much affordable

the cash saved(didn't spend on lv5+) can be used to upgrade players immediately
and the team will have better result, hence more gate recipt,
a playoff home court, or even the promotional bonus and more moeny in higher div.
