He is not finished but at that age it's better for his team to have a balanced player.

Gm-Jelme responded to me and said that he could make the junior NT team if I get his JS, Passing, and od to strong. What should I do first? Should I get od to tremendous, then swich off one V. 1passing and JR?

and how long does It take to get A js POP with a level 6 trainer while training JR. is it not worth it, or do I get more benefit by doing that considering I want him to eventually make a U21 NT.

P.S.

good news!!! His OD jumped to proficient

i think this was the first step, because i hardly doubt that this would be enough for US nt ;) Train balanced is probadly the fastest way to train, but the difference isn''t that big, so:

->
And personally i would look that you train what you need for your team first.

Just think that 8 in JS isn't that phenomenal.

No... forget inside skills. I mean I want Him to be a PG that can shoot threes very well. bye the time he is 20, I want his OD to be 12, Jr to be 9 handeling to be 12, passing to be 12. and JS to be 12. do you think that this is possible?

Ok. Thanks. I will triain od till tremendous, JR for half of next season and remainder of this season if there is any(my other small forward trainee desperatly needs it, and he could use some too) and passing for the rest of that season. Sound good?

How many JS pops will I get worst case with a half season of JR training? Does this sound like a good plan? or do you have a better idea.
